Porsand is a tool for building forms and surveys. By creating an account and publishing any form, you agree that your content complies with these rules. The creator of each form is responsible for its content.

Acceptable use

Business and research surveys, registration and order forms, quizzes and assessments, and any lawful data collection with respondents' consent. Academic research on social and health topics (including sensitive ones, under research ethics) is welcome.

Prohibited content

Creating or publishing forms for any of the following is forbidden and leads to removal and account suspension:

  • Obscene, pornographic or sexually explicit content
  • Buying/selling illegal goods or services (drugs, weapons, forged documents, etc.)
  • Coordinating, promoting or facilitating any criminal activity
  • Insults, threats, harassment or hate speech against people or groups
  • Fraud, phishing and deceptive collection of data (passwords, banking details, …)
  • Violating individuals' privacy or publishing others' personal data without consent
  • Any content contrary to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran

Reporting abuse

Every public form carries a “Report abuse” button. Reports are anonymous and reviewed by the Porsand team promptly.

Enforcement

Forms that break these rules are removed from public access without prior notice; serious or repeated violations suspend the creator's account. Some terms are blocked automatically at publish time.

Data responsibility

The form creator is legally responsible for the form's content and for how collected responses are used. Respondents should only enter information they agree to share.
